A custom plush toy factory in Shenzhen
We make soft toys to order for brands, clubs, museums and agencies in more than 40 countries. No stock catalogue, no trading company in the middle — you talk to the people who cut the pattern.
The workshop opened in Shenzhen in 2013 with six sewing machines and one customer who needed mascots for a football club. The plush trade here runs on subcontracting: an order gets passed down a chain until nobody can tell you which building it is being sewn in. We went the other way and kept pattern making, cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, inspection and packing under one roof.
That decision is why we can take a 100-piece order seriously. A workshop we control can stop, re-cut a panel and restart the same afternoon, which is what a small first run needs — and it is why the fifth repeat order still matches the sample you approved two years earlier.
Most of our work now comes from buyers who started with one design to test a market and came back with a range. We would rather earn the second order than win the first on price.

What we do in house
Pattern making
Two full-time pattern makers who draft from flat artwork, 3D renders or a physical toy you post to us.
Embroidery
Twelve-head machines for faces, logos and lettering, plus hand embroidery for doll faces.
Sewing and stuffing
Around 120 machinists across two floors, with dedicated lines for small charms and for large display pieces.
Printing
Sublimation and screen printing for gradients, photographic artwork and campaign graphics.
Inspection
A separate QC team that reports to the factory manager, not to the production line.
Packing and export
Hangtags, polybags, colour boxes, barcode labels and export documentation prepared in house.
