Privacy policy
This site has no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies. The only personal data that reaches us is what you type into the quote form, and it goes straight to our own mailbox.

What the form collects
Your email address, and — only if you fill them in — your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, quantity and message. You may also attach up to five images or PDFs. Everything except the email address is optional.
Where it goes
The form sends the message by SMTP to info@yourplushtoy.com, a mailbox we operate at Hostinger. There is no CRM, no marketing platform and no third-party form service in between. We keep a server log line for each submission — the time, the sending IP and the reason a message was filtered — which we use only to tune the spam filter.
Your artwork
Drawings and files you send are used to quote and produce your order and nothing else. We do not publish unreleased designs, and nothing appears on this website without your written permission. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything if you prefer.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not track you across other websites. There is no cookie banner here because there are no cookies to consent to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the mailbox so we can pick a conversation back up years later, which buyers usually want. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry, your files and your contact details — write to info@yourplushtoy.com and we will confirm once it is done.
