How a custom plush toy is made
Seven steps from your first email to a carton on a pallet. You approve three of them — the quote, the sample and the pre-shipment photos — and we handle the rest.
Send your artwork
A drawing, a 3D render or a photo of an existing toy. Tell us the size, the quantity and the target price if you have one. A phone photo of a napkin sketch is genuinely enough.
Quote within 12 hours
We come back with a unit price, tooling and sample cost, the fabrics we would use, and the lead time. If the budget does not work, we say what would have to change.
Pattern and fabric selection
Our pattern maker drafts the panels and we photograph the fabric swatches next to your artwork so you can judge colour and pile before anything is cut.
Sample in 7–10 days
A full sewn sample, photographed from six angles and weighed. Changes are free for the first two rounds — most designs need one.
Bulk production
Cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing and closing. The approved sample stays on the line as the reference the whole run is checked against.
Inspection and packing
AQL 2.5 inspection on the finished units, pull tests on eyes and seams, then hangtags, polybags and export cartons. You get photos before anything ships.
Shipping
Express, air or sea from Shenzhen or Hong Kong, DDP if you want the door-to-door price. We prepare the invoice, packing list and certificates your forwarder needs.
What to send us
The more you send, the fewer sample rounds you pay for. None of it is mandatory — we have started projects from a single phone photo.
- Artwork: AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or a clear photo of a drawing
- Views: front, back and side if the design is not symmetrical
- Size: the finished height in centimetres, sitting or standing
- Colours: Pantone TPX/TCX references if your brand has them
- Quantity: per design, and how many designs in the range
- Deadline: the date it has to be in your warehouse
Shipping and terms
We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door. Most first orders go DDP — one price, no customs paperwork at your end.
- Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–6 days, best under 100 kg
- Air freight: 7–12 days door to door
- Sea freight: 25–40 days depending on destination port
- Payment: 30% deposit, 70% against pre-shipment photos
- Bank transfer, and PayPal or credit card for sample fees
